Version 1.0. Salon Stock Ltd wants the BeautyBye website and mobile app to be usable by disabled professionals and people using assistive technology.
Current position
We have not completed an independent WCAG 2.2 AA audit and do not claim full conformance. The product is under active launch testing. Complex checkout, image-led listing creation, third-party payment or shipping interfaces, dynamic status updates and some mobile screen-reader journeys may contain barriers.
Help and alternative access
If content, verification, listing, checkout, order or complaint functionality is difficult to use, email customerservice@beautybye.co.uk. Tell us the page or screen, device and assistive technology, the barrier and the outcome you need. We will provide reasonable assistance or an accessible alternative where practicable.
Feedback and escalation
We welcome reports of keyboard, focus, contrast, labelling, zoom, motion, captioning or screen-reader problems. If our first response does not resolve the issue, reply and ask for the complaint to be escalated. This statement will be reviewed after the launch accessibility audit and whenever a material interface change is made.
