Version 1.0. This policy applies to listings, profiles, messages, reviews and reports.
Do not post illegal, threatening, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, deceptive, defamatory or privacy-invasive material; personal data without authority; impersonation; counterfeit or unsafe-product promotion; intellectual-property infringement; malware, spam or scams; or instructions to evade BeautyBye checkout, fees or safety controls. Messages must relate to legitimate marketplace activity.
Reviews must describe a genuine BeautyBye order and the reviewer's honest experience. Do not buy, sell, fabricate, coordinate or suppress reviews, offer an undisclosed incentive, retaliate for a review, or manipulate ratings. BeautyBye may preserve, investigate, label, restrict or remove review content and associated accounts. Removal is not guaranteed merely because a review is critical.
Use the available listing, user, message, order or dispute reporting control. Include the relevant ID and evidence. Blocking can limit direct contact but does not erase transaction records or prevent BeautyBye from investigating. For urgent risk, email customerservice@beautybye.co.uk; contact emergency services where someone is in immediate danger.
BeautyBye may use rules and human review to prioritise reports, preserve evidence, hide content, restrict messaging or commerce, cancel affected activity, or suspend an account. Urgent illegal-content, safety, fraud or provider action may occur before notice. Where appropriate we will explain the affected rule and provide a way to challenge the decision. Automated signals support triage; they do not by themselves make a legally significant final decision about a person.
A rights holder or authorised representative should email the contact address with identity, the protected work or right, the exact listing or content, the basis of the claim and a good-faith confirmation. Users may complain about moderation, an order or the service by email with the relevant IDs and requested outcome. We may share necessary complaint information with the affected user, adviser, provider or authority where lawful.
