Fee promotion

Through 31 October 2026 at 23:59:59 Europe/London, the buyer transaction service fee and nominal £5 Large Equipment listing fee are waived by the canonical promotion. From 1 November configured fees resume. Boosts remain separate.

Refunds

Approved card refunds are submitted to Stripe. The cardholder's bank controls when the credit becomes visible.

Payout timing

Payout depends on delivery or collection evidence, the review window, Stripe readiness and any issue or reversal. BeautyBye does not promise a bank settlement time controlled by a provider or bank.
