What to do and what happens next

48-hour review window

Authoritative delivery or confirmed collection opens the platform review window. Prompt reporting helps preserve payment and carrier evidence but does not remove a statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

While review is open

An unreleased seller payout is held. BeautyBye may ask for more evidence, arrange a return, reject an unsupported claim, cancel or approve a full or partial refund.

Hazardous or counterfeit goods

Do not use, alter, repair, dispose of or return the item until instructed unless needed to prevent immediate harm.

Cancellation

Rights depend on the parties, purpose and item. Some consumer distance sales may have cancellation rights, with exceptions including certain unsealed hygiene goods. There is no invented universal 30-day return promise.
